1.      Join as a member for only £7.50 per month (no minimum rental period required)

2.      Browse the website and select the handbag you want to rent

3.      Your handbag is delivered to you within 1-2 working days

4.      Enjoy using your designer handbag

5.      Return the handbag at any post office on the specified date using the prepaid special delivery label
 

*All customers will need to agree to the Terms & Conditions on the website and must sign up email and username details. All customers will be credit checked before they can use the service. For more details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

Membership

Join as a member today to start renting. Simply click on Sign Up and fill out the registration form. After you have submitted your details you will be prompted for a credit card number. The card will be charged £7.50 for your first month's membership. 

You will then be able to start renting our 100% authentic designer handbags and also receive other benefits:

• Discounts and promotional offers
• Competitions to win free stuff!
• Access to the members’ only area with forum, competitions and vote for your favourite handbag to be available for rental!

Billing

For all rentals:

Once your customer details have been checked and meet our requirements, your rental payment must go through successfully before you can receive the bag for rental. Please allow one day extra for processing your order if you are a new customer. E.g. if you place an order on a Monday, your actual order may not be processed and payment transacted until Tuesday, due to checking that your customer details meet our credit check requirements.

Insurance:

Insurance costs are optional and only cover excessive wear and tear (not theft or loss). You can purchase insurance separately at the time of handbag rental by selecting it and adding it to your shopping cart.

Membership:

Your membership will begin from the day that your payment successfully goes through.

You will be billed on a monthly basis from the date of your first payment.

To cancel membership, please notify us by email or in writing at least 7 days before your next membership payment is due.

Delivery & Return

If your order is made before 1pm, your handbag will be delivered the next working day. If your order is made after 1pm, please allow two working days for the bag to be delivered.

The standard mode of delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you would like the bag to be sent by courier, please contact the sales team on This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

When you're ready to return the bag simply pack it in its original packaging and affix the self-adhesive Kiss My Bag Prepaid Postage label provided to you when the bag was first delivered and hand it over at any post office.

No additional fees or postage will be payable and the bag will be fully insured during delivery both ways.

Borrowing

Your rental period  ONLY starts on the guaranteed delivery date of your handbag. Please note that it is your responsibility as a customer to be able to receive the bag if being sent by Special Delivery, or have upgraded to courier delivery at the time of processing your order of you are not able to sign for and receive a delivery.

On signing up and processing your customer details, you agree that these can be credit checked by Kiss My Bag Ltd on a regular basis. This is for security and validation reasons. Only on a successful check, will your order and payment be processed. If there are any problems with your details, we will notify you in writing at your card billing address.

With insurance, you will be covered from any excessive wear and tear your item may experience while on loan to you. This coverage does not include theft or loss.
